Healthy Mango Smoothie, 5 Minutes with Just 2 Ingredients!

 Mango season is here so sharing this amazing, cool mango smoothie recipe. 

The world is going through the big crisis. Corona is affecting everyone of us. We can't even go out and eat our favorites. Eateries are closed. But what if we or anyone in our family wants to eat something different?

This delicious mango smoothie tastes exactly same as thick, creamy mango Lassi, i have just added some variations and made this. 

The dessert is best when there is too hot or you need something quick. Ingredients are just 2 and time it took is just 5 minutes. 

The secrete behind a flavorful smoothie is using less ingredients. The less ingredients you use, the more flavorful it will become.

Time : 10 Minutes
Servings : 2


  • 2 alphanso mangoes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Sugar or honey
  • Cinnamon powder


  1. Wash and peel alphanso mangoes. Cut into cubes. We need 1.5 cup chopped mangoes.
  2. Put mango cubes, frozen banana, honey and yogurt in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie in  two serving glasses and sprinkle some cinnamon powder at the top.
  4. You can even add some small mango cubes over the smoothie before serving.

Note - Cinnamon powder is optional. You can use cardamom powder or even vanilla extract.
