Raw Mango Curry

Raw mango is itself sour and tasty. Raw mango curry with coconut milk is tasty, sour and spicy. The dish is literally very easy to make quick.

Health wise, raw mango contains Vitamin C and other nutrients which are essential to our body.

You don't need too many ingredients, just a handful of them are enough. You will need red chilli powder, jaggery, raw mangoes and onions.

I ate this curry at my mom's place during summer. We usually  use raw mangoes in Panhe (a type of drink), pickles etc. So this is just something different my mom made and i really liked it very much.

The quick dish can be presented in potluck, or dinner parties with Paratha or Steamed rice.

The combination of jaggery and raw mango is just awesome. So when you get raw mangoes at home, dont forget to try this dish.
