Soya Kabab

Very tasty and delicious Soya kabab made with soya chunks. The kabab tastes crunchy from outside and soft from inside.

During monsoon, it's perfect to enjoy these mouthwatering snacks with your family and friends. 

You can deep fry or shallow fry them, that totally depends on you.

Let's start with the ingredients and recipe for soya kabab.

Cooking Time: 40 - 45 minutes

  • 100 gms Soya bean 
  • 4-5 Potato, boiled & mashed
  • 1 Spring Onion greens
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander-Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 3 tbsp Semolina
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Oil
  • Salt 
  1. Soak soya beans in warm water for 3 - 4 hours. 
  2. Add crushed soya beans, mashed potato, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala,  oil and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add all the ingredients very well.
  4. Make small kababs of any shape you like.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Take semolina and cornflour in a plat.
  7. Dip the kabab in cornflour and then in semolina.
  8. Coat evenly.
  9. Shallow fry from both sides.
  10. Soya kabab is ready to serve.
  11. Serve with tomato ketchup.
