Kolhapuri Maggi

Maggie is popular among all of us. Be it a kid or adult, we all love maggie. 

Long back, maggie only can be made by adding the masala which is there in the maggie pocket. Later we started adding veggies, chicken, fish to it. 

Some even like the soupy maggie. Here I have tried kolhapuri maggie which is made using kolhapuri masala. Do give it a try and let me know your experience. 

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Serving: 2

  • 1 Maggie Packet
  • 1/4 cup Tomato, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, chopped 
  • 1 cup  Onion, chopped 
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
  • 3 cups Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion to it and fry till light golden brown.
  3. Add tomato, capsicum, green peas, and carrot. Mix well. 
  4. Add kanda lasun masala, red chili masala, Maggi masala. Combine well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Add 3 cup water and let it boil.
  6. Now add salt and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add maggie and let it cook covered for 4 to 5 minutes.
  8. Kolhapuri Maggie is ready to serve.
