Chilli Potato

Fried potatoes dipped in spicy and sour sauces. Follow this recipe to get a restaurant-style Chilli potato. 

Chilli potato is served in Indian Restaurants and it is popular as a starter. The dish is popular in kids as well. 

It doesn't require many ingredients and can be made quickly.

  1. Heat a pan with some oil. 
  2. When the oil is hot enough, add potatoes and half fry it.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a plate and keep aside.
  4. Now in the same oil add garlic and fry till little crispy.
  5. Add green chilli, capsicum, spring onion to the pan and saute them.
  6. Add salt as per taste, soya sauce, chilli sauce. Mix well keeping the flame high.
  7. Add fried potatoes and mix well.
  8. Cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Now chilli potatoes ready to serve.
  10. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
