Chili Cheese Sandwich Toast


This 15 minutes snack or breakfast recipe is really very popular in kids and adults as well. Crunchy, cheese toast taste delicious when consumed with ketchup. 

The cheese and chili flavor takes this dish to the next level. The recipe is healthy as it includes different veggies, cheese etc. You can even use wheat bread, multi--grain bread or even brown bread. 

Let us learn how to make chili cheese sandwich toast at home in easy steps. 

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 3 - 4

Ingredients
Recipe
  1. Add peanuts, gram dal, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger, green chili, cumin seeds, black paper powder,  salt to a mixer jar. Add little water and blend to a smooth paste.
  2. Chutney is ready. Transfer to the bowl.
  3. Add onion, capsicum and grated cheese cubes to the chutney. Mix well.
  4. Apply butter to two bread slices and slightly roast on Tawa or toaster.
  5. Next, spread the chutney on one roasted bread slice. And keep another toasted bread slice on top of it.
  6. Again roast for 3 - 4 minutes till cheese gets melted. 
  7. Chili cheese toast is ready to serve. 
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney. 
Tip - You can skip the other bread slice which I have placed on the top of the chutney and make the toast with only one slice. 
That too taste awesome. You just need to place the mixture on one bread slice and then cook on Tawa till cheese melts.
