French Fries

McDonalds was the place where i tasted this amazing finger food. French fries or finger chips are soft from inside and crunchy from outside.

My Kids loves to eat anytime. For a quick recipe, i omit the corn flour and refined flour step. I cut the potatoes in sticks, soak them water and directly deep fry. This saves time and kids doesn't need my kids to wait for longer.

When i searched for the recipe over the web, i found that potatoes needs to be boiled first, then cool down then deep fry. But i don't have that much time and i simply opt for this recipe.

This super easy and quick recipe won the hearts of my family and it is now a regular snack at my home.
