Watermelon Juice

During summer when the heat is high watermelon gives instant relief and makes you feel cool. Nowadays, I daily make this refreshing, cool summer drink which helps keep me hydrated all day.

Believe me, watermelon juice is just good for your health. It's rich in Vitamin A, C, and Potassium.  Making the juice is really easy and it takes less than 15 minutes.

If the watermelon is sweet in taste, there is no need to add extra sugar. But add few drops of lemon juice for that tangy taste.

Let's see how to make this super easy and quick refreshing watermelon juice.

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 2

  •  4 cup watermelon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Sugar as required
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes. 
  2. Add cubed watermelon salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, and sugar into a blender.
  3. Blend for 2 -3 minutes.
  4. Strain the juice through a strainer. 
  5. Add ice cubes and serve chilled. 
  6. Store the remaining in the glass jar in refrigerator. But do not store for too long. Finish it in an hour or so.
