Mango Lassi Ice Cream

The creamy yogurt, ripe mango, honey and cardamom powder plus ice cubs is all you need to make this summer special treat. It just take 5 minutes to make this dessert. It is refreshing and energetic.
  • 2 large ripe mangoes
  • 1 bowl full-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
Method :
  1. Wash the mango, peel it and and cut into chunks.
  2. Put all the ingredients in blender and puree to a smooth paste.
  3. While blending, you can add mint-ginger or cardamom powder for flavor.
  4. Pour the mixture in a bowl and deep freeze for an hour.
  5. Remove it and whisk vigorously. Put the mixture for 1 ½ hours in freezer.
  6. Again remove it and whisk (second time).
  7. Put back in the freezer for 2 – 3 hours.  
  8. Once it is frozen, scoop some frozen dessert and put in a bowl.
  9. Serve immediately.
Tip : You can use mango pulp instead of mango chunks.
You need to adjust honey according to the taste of mango.
Use condensed milk in addition for creamier taste.
