Keshar Malai Ladoo / Paneer Ladoo

Keshar malai ladoo or you can say Paneer laddo is a very easy sweet dish which can be made within 10 minutes.This can be an extra surprise dish in diwali for your family and guests.

Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Serves : 10

Ingredients : 
  • 200gm  Paneer 
  • 3/4 cup Condesnded milk
  • 1/4 cup boiled milk
  • 1 tsp sugar (add more if you need more sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder
  • 2-3 drops Kewra Essence
  • Saffron threads
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • Pistachios
  • Cashew nuts, finely chopped
Recipe :
  1. We require melted paneer for this recipe. So if you are using homemade paneer then, do not melt it. But if you are using storebought paneer, then you will need to melt it by putting it in boiling water till it becomes softer and then mash it with your fingers.
  2. Mix the grated panner with condensed milk, milk, saffron threads and Elaichi powder. 
  3. Switch on the flame. Put a pan and add the above mixture and ghee and stir till the mixture becomes thick. 
  4. Remove it in the plate greased with ghee. After cooling the mixture, knead it again to make a non-sticky dough. 
  5. Take little amount of it in your hand and shape them in round.
  6. Decorate it with chopped Pistachios and Cashew nuts.
  7. Arrange in a plate and serve.
