Sugarcane Juice Soup

Sugarcane juice ? Yes, you read it right. This different, tasty and spicy soup can be ideal for sick people, kids and even there is lot of chance that you fall for it :)

Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients :
  • 500 gram sugarcane juice
  • 2 cup freshly grated coconut
  • 2 tsp tamarind water
  • Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 inch Ginger piece
  • 1 tsp sago flour
  • pepper to taste
  1. Mix sugarcane juice and grated coconut and grind them in coconut.
  2. Now mix all the other ingredients in the in coconut mixer and bring to a boil.
  3. Once cool, keep it in fridge.
  4. Serve cold.
