Shahi Potato

Shahi Potato is an easy to make recipe for fast. The rich, delicious and tempting recipe to do for this Mahashivratri Fast.


Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Servings : 2-3


Ingredients :
  • 250gm potato, small size
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp cashew nuts powder
  • 2 tsp green chillies
  • cumin powder
  • ghee
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt to taste
Recipe :
  1. Boil the potatoes.  peel it and poke them with fork.
  2. Grind green chillies and cumin powder in the mixer.
  3. Heat ghee in a fry pan. When hot, add green chilli-cumin paste. Add salt.
  4. Now add poked potatoes and fry for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add milk and stir contineously.
  6. When milk is boiled, add cashew nuts powder.
  7. You can use roasted peanuts powder instead of cashew nuts.
  8.  Keep the thickness as per your need.
  9. Serve hot.
