Bhakarwadi With Leftover Chapatis

Ingredients :
  • Leftover Chapatis
  • Besan
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • Grated Coconut
  • Sev
  • Oil
  1. Mix garlic, Fennel Seeds, red chilli powder and grind them to a paste.
  2. Now in a bowl, add besan, water, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds and garlic-red chilli paste. Mix well.
  3. Now take one chapati and spread the Masala over it. Also add sev, grated coconut, Sesame seeds.
  4. Roll the chapati and cut it like small bhakarwadi pieces. 
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till brown on both the sides. 
  6. Now remove all the bhakarwadis in a plate and decorate with sev and grated coconut.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
