Vegetable Soup

Homemade vegetable soup is easy to make, less time consuming and can be made with kitchen ingredients. No special material is needed for this soup. Use of fresh vegetables is the healthier option. Try this veg soup at home and let me know the feedback.

20 Minutes
Servings:   2-3      

  • 1 carrot
  • 2-3 pieces bottle gourd
  • Cauliflower
  •  4-5 green beans
  • 1 tomato
  • Cabbage
  • small piece of ginger7-8
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • butter
  1. Wash all the vegetables. Chop them and cook in 2-3 cups water.
  2. Add ginger and black pepper while cooking the vegetables.
  3. Add water if needed. 
  4. Sift the soup in a vessel. Now add salt and butter to it.
  5. Bring the soup to the boil and serve hot.
