Rice Flour Crepe

This is a simple, healthy and tasty recipe. Very soft and can be served as breakfast or evening snacks. This can be suitable for senior citizens because of its soft nature. Additionally, you can even add some cooked vegetables like carrots, tomatoes to it. Try it and let me know the feedback.


Cooking Time:  20 Minutes
Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:
  •  2 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • buttermilk
  • salt
  • ghee
Recipe:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except ghee. Make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Heat ghee on griddle and pour the batter on it to make a thick circle.
  3. Let it cook till golden brown. Add 1 tsp ghee at the sides of it.
  4. Flip to other side and let it cook till golden brown. 
  5. Remove from heat. 
  6. Repeat this process for rest of the batter.
  7. Serve hot Dhirde with tomato ketch-up.
