Banana Fritters

Ingredients:
  • 5-6 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
  • 1 egg
  • honey
Recipe:
  1. Cut the bananas into 15-16 small pieces.
  2. Combine flour, salt and sugar. 
  3. Combine egg yolk, butter and milk and beat till fluffy.
  4. Now add egg white and beat again.
  5. Now add flour little at a time and mix well.
  6. Now dip all the banana pieces and fry from both the sides on medium heat till golden brown.
  7. Put all the fritters in dish and spread coconut and honey over it.
  8. Serve hot.
