- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 pineapple slices, chopped
- 2 kiwi, chopped
- 4 strawberries, chopped
- 2 Chiku, chopped
- 8-10 black grapes
- salt, a pinchful
- yogurt
- honey
- Heat oil in griddle on medium heat. Whisk eggs, heavy cream and salt together.
- Pour the mixture on griddle and fry on both the sides.
- On a thick paper spread powdered sugar and lay omelet on that paper.
- In the center of the omelet, stuff all the chopped fruits and fold it in the middle.
- Combine yogurt and honey and add it on the top of the folded omelet.
- Serve hot.
