Juicy Fruits and Egg Omelet

Kids will love this omlet stuffed with fresh, juicy fruits. Make your Sunday's breakfast special by preparing this mouthwatering omelet.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 pineapple slices, chopped
  • 2 kiwi, chopped
  • 4 strawberries, chopped
  • 2 Chiku, chopped
  • 8-10 black grapes
  • salt, a pinchful
  • yogurt
  • honey
Recipe:
  1. Heat oil in griddle on medium heat. Whisk eggs, heavy cream and salt together. 
  2. Pour the mixture on griddle and fry on both the sides.
  3. On a thick paper spread powdered sugar and lay omelet on that paper.
  4. In the center of the omelet, stuff all the chopped fruits and fold it in the middle.
  5. Combine yogurt and honey and add it on the top of the folded omelet. 
  6. Serve hot.
