White Sauce

  • 1 tp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tp flour
  • Black or white Pepper to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a saucepan melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add flour to it and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Before the flour color changes, pour milk into it and stir continuously over low heat to avoid lumps.
  4. Add salt and pepper and keep stirring continuously until sauce begins to thicken.
Tip: Add grated cheese to get a different taste.
