Ingredients:
- 1 tp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tp flour
- Black or white Pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a saucepan melt butter over low heat.
- Add flour to it and cook for 2 minutes
- Before the flour color changes, pour milk into it and stir continuously over low heat to avoid lumps.
- Add salt and pepper and keep stirring continuously until sauce begins to thicken.
