Strawberry Lemonade

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 2-3

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and cut in halves
  • 1 1/2 fresh lemon juice, (from about 5 lemons)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • salt,  a pinch
  1. Remove head of the strawberries and and blend it with sugar, lemon juice and little water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Strain the mixture using a metal strainer and add more water. 
  3. Add salt and stir well. 
  4. Serve cold over ice and decorate with strawberry and lemon slices.
