Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 6 midium sized potato
- 4 tp butter
- Salt to taste
- Wash all the potatoes and grate them using thick blade.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Heat a frying pan. Add butter and swirl it around the pan as it melts.
- Place the salty grated potatoes on the melted butter.
- With a wooden stick make the potato mixture round in shape and 1 inch thick.
- Cook for 5 minutes or till one side cooks throughrly.
- After 5 minutes take out the thalipeeth in the plate.
- Again add some butter in the frying pan and place the thalipeeth with uncooked side on the melted butter.
- Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes. To make the thalipeeth crispy, do not cover the pan for last 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with curd or coriander chuteny.
